Do I need to register to make a purchase?
Not! In case of making the purchase you´ll be asked to provide us with an email and telephone number.

Is it safe to buy at BESTIASxx.com?
Of course! We operate under all the security systems provided by Shopify® and Paypal®.

What payment methods you use?

After you complete the contact and shipping details you´ll be redirected to the payment gateway. At the moment we are only accepting Paypal® payments.

How can I know my size?
Along with the description of each product, there is a size table corresponding to its size. To find out how to measure your cake, click here.

How do BESTIAS fit?
Sizing varies among our styles, but all of our shoes are medium width and are full sizes only. If you have a wider foot and you're a half size, we'd suggest sizing up to the next full size in everything!

Will my shoes stretch?
Great question! If your leather shoes are a bit snug to start, you can expect them to stretch about a quarter inch after a few weeks of wear. we recommend wearing them for 1-2 weeks to break in.
Pro tip: trying them with socks can also help the shoes break in more easily!

Orders, Shipping & Tracking

How long does it take to send my products?
We send all our products from our headquarters in Santiago, Chile. Your purchase has a 12 hour processing time on bussiness days. Then it is delivered to DHL Courier services.
Delivery times to North America and Europe are between 3-6 business days. Asia, Oceania and Africa delivery times are between 5-9 business days. Anyways, you will receive notifications and tracking number via email.

What to do if my product doesn`t arrive?
This doesn´t happen to often, but in that case the range of days described above has expired, write to us at store@bestias.cl attaching the order number and we will respond shortly. If you prefer, send us a WhatsApp by clicking the button on the right bottom corner of our homepage.

How do I know if my order was successfully received or rejected?
We will send you an email in any case, purchase or payment method rejected or payment successfully accepted. In addition, you will be notified when the product has been sent.

What are the guarantees of a BESTIAS product?
We have a 3 month warranty for exchanges, and repairs in case of manufacturing failure, and 60 days from purchase if it is due to a personal request from the customer for changes in tastes, etc. No refunds are made.


What should I do in case of exchange or return?
You should have your order number and go to our Returns Center. We will guide you through the process.
